Meal Plan

Breakfast (8am)
APPLE CIDER VINAGER/Vitamins
Pumpkin Pancakes
2 tbs Mrs. Butters Worth Syrup
Protein Shake
Snack (10:30am)
Banana
2 tbs Peanut Butter
Carrots
Lunch (1pm)
APPLE CIDER VINAGER

1/2 can of tuna
1 diced pickle
veganise
1 slices of bread
1 cucumber
Snack (3:30pm)
1 cup Yogurt
1 cup mixed berries
1/4 cup granola
Dinner (6pm)
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Tilapia cooked in 1tbs coconut oil
2 tbs Couscous
2 tbs Black Beans
2 tbs Salsa
2 tbs FF sour cream
1 small tomato
Optional Snack (8pm)
Protein Shake

*DRINK 4 Liters of Water a day.
