3 down 7 to go!
I feel pretty good about my cleanse world. :) I even had enough energy to get a P90X in. Now that is good news. I know I am not drinking enough lemonade. I think today I had 5. Tomorrow I am going to try to get a lot more of those drinkity drinks in. And hopefully I will be expecting some good toxins to come out.

YOU ARE CRAZY!!!! Honestly I could never do what you're doing. So for your sanity and benfit I'll prayer extra hard for all your toxins to get out! I'm sure it didn't help with me being there over the holidays, since we really ate pure sugar and junk! You have great will power...I'm very impressed because I know I could never do it or actually I don't even have the desire too (no will power)... I think I still love food too much! Healthy Food that is. Love Ya and keep up the toxin........
