04/15

M1: 1/3 oatmeal, 1tb Maple syrup, Protein shake
M2: Banana, 1 tb Peanut butter (just can't kick it yet)
M3: Chicken Salad ~ 4 oz chicken, 3 cups spinach, 2 tbs black beans, 2 tbs salsa, 2 tbs Sour cream, 1/2 tomato.
M4: Tilapia, 1/2 tbs Coconut oil, 2 tbs rice, 2 tbs black beans, 2 tbs sour cream, 3 strawberries.
M5: 1 cup FF yogurt, 3 large strawberries, 1/4 cup granola.

Peanut butter is good for you in moderation no worries. It is a great treat/snack.

Okay only 1300 calories are you crazy. I think all I would do is think about food because I would be soooo hungry. Maybe you should eat a little more. Happy Clean Eating!!!

LOL! That is why I have started counting calories. Sometimes I don't realize that my body needs more!

is organic peanut butter really that bad for you? i eat it all the time....just salt and peanuts, right? none of the bad stuff.

I love love peanut butter. The problem for me is that I have a hard time stopping at 2 tbs. I could seriously eat the whole jar. The kids and I just took turns smelling the peanut butter jar and talking about how yum yum yummy it is. Like most things peanut butter is not bad in moderation.
