PIKE UPS

Position 1 - Your body is in a push-up position with your feet on the top of the ball.
Position 2 ~ pike right on up.
Position 3 ~ push up!
Position 4 ~ Back up to the pike position
Position 5 ~ Back to the start position.
*Do as many as you can. I try to do 3 sets of 12 -14 Pike ups. Don't worry I totally worked up to it. I didn't get there over night. HAPPY PIKING!

This one is a KILLER, I will definately be doing this in the privacy of my own home. I fall way to much, actually I more like timber...
